Terms of Service

These terms cover business formation and related services provided by Sams Business, an independent private service. By ordering, you agree to these terms.

Packages and Fees

Formation packages are Basic ($0), Standard ($199), and Premium ($299), each plus your state filing fee, paid by you at cost with zero markup. The full total is shown before payment. Registered agent service is free for the first year and virtual mail is free for the first month in every formation package; after those periods they continue as separate services.

State Decisions and Timing

Approval of any filing is the state’s decision, and processing times are set by the state. Where the state offers expedited filing, Premium includes it. If a filing is rejected for a correctable reason, we contact you so it can be corrected and resubmitted.

Services Outside a Package

Standalone services are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before payment, and no standalone price is stated on their pages. Dissolution assistance is always separate and custom-quoted on WhatsApp because its cost varies by state and workload.
