- Choose an entity and package. LLC, S corporation, C corporation, or nonprofit; Basic, Standard, or Premium. Each package states exactly what is included, and the state fee is shown separately at cost.
- We prepare and file. We prepare your formation documents and file them with the state. Standard and Premium add your EIN and governing documents; Premium adds contracts, domain and email, and a business phone number for the first year, where applicable.
- Get running. Your filed documents come back to you, and ongoing help — annual reports, amendments, foreign qualification, and registered agent service — stays available on its own pages.
What You Pay
Formation packages are $0, $199, or $299 plus your state filing fee, paid by you at cost with zero markup. You see the full total before you pay anything. Standalone services are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before payment, and dissolution is always custom-quoted because its cost varies by state and workload.
Timing and Approval
Approval of a filing is the state’s decision, and processing times are set by the state. Where the state offers expedited filing, Premium includes it. We prepare and file promptly once your details and payment are confirmed, and we keep you updated on WhatsApp as the filing progresses.
