Approval and timing: approval of a filing is the state’s decision, and processing times are set by the state. Dissolution assistance is not part of any package — it is custom-quoted on WhatsApp because its cost varies by state and workload.
After Formation
Standard and Premium add your EIN, your bylaws, and compliance alerts. Registered agent service is free for the first year in every tier, then continues as a separate service.
