What the Tiers Mean

Services Outside a Package
Standalone services — including virtual address, assumed business name (DBA), business license research, trademark registration, corporate and LLC kits, annual report filing, amendments, foreign qualification, certificates of good standing, change of registered agent, and reinstatement — are described on their own pages.
