Form Your LLC
An LLC is a flexible business entity that separates your personal assets from your business in the way your state’s law provides. Sams Business prepares and files your LLC formation documents in any US state, and keeps you updated on WhatsApp while the filing is in progress.
Choose the package that fits what you need next: filing only, filing plus EIN and operating agreement, or the full set of running tools.

State filing fee: paid by you at cost, with zero markup. You see the full total before you pay anything.
After the free periods: registered agent service and virtual mail continue as separate services after the first year and first month respectively. No separate price is stated here — message us on WhatsApp for current renewal details.
Approval and timing: approval of a filing is the state’s decision, and processing times are set by the state. Dissolution assistance is not part of any package — it is custom-quoted on WhatsApp because its cost varies by state and workload.
After Formation
Most new LLCs next need an EIN, an operating agreement, and a registered agent address in the formation state. Standard and Premium cover the EIN and operating agreement; registered agent service is free for the first year in every tier, then continues as a separate service. Ongoing help — including annual reports, amendments, and foreign qualification — is available on its own pages.
