What do formation packages cost?
Basic is $0, Standard is $199, and Premium is $299 — each plus your state filing fee, paid by you at cost with zero markup. The same tiers apply to LLC, S corporation, C corporation, and nonprofit formation. See the full table on our pricing page.
What is included in each tier?
Basic covers entity filing and state registration, registered agent service free for the first year, and virtual mail free for the first month. Standard adds EIN assistance, your operating agreement or bylaws, S-corp election filing where applicable, and compliance alerts. Premium adds expedited filing where the state offers it, ready-to-use business contracts, a domain name and business email, and a US business phone number free for the first year.
What happens after the free year of registered agent service?
After the first year, registered agent service continues as a separate service. The same applies to virtual mail after its first free month. Message us on WhatsApp for current renewal details.
Is the state fee included in the package price?
No. The state filing fee is separate and is paid by you at cost. You see the full total before you pay anything.
How long does formation take?
Processing times are set by the state and vary by state and workload. Where the state offers expedited filing, Premium includes it. We prepare and file promptly once your details and payment are confirmed.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. Approval of a filing is the state’s decision. If a filing is rejected for a correctable reason, such as a name conflict, we contact you so it can be corrected and resubmitted.
What is an EIN, and do I need one?
An EIN is issued by the IRS and is used for banking and taxes. Most businesses need one. EIN assistance is included in Standard and Premium packages and is available as a standalone service. See our EIN page.
Can I get help after formation?
Yes. Ongoing services include registered agent service, annual report filing, amendments, foreign qualification, certificates of good standing, change of registered agent, and reinstatement — each described on its own page.
What about closing a business?
