Sams Business is an independent private business formation service for founders in the United States and abroad. We form LLCs, S corporations, C corporations, and nonprofits in all 50 states, and we support those businesses afterwards with registered agent service, annual reports, amendments, foreign qualification, and more.

Our model is simple: three formation packages with stated inclusions, state fees charged at cost, and direct contact on WhatsApp. No hidden additions, no bundled service you did not ask for, and no claim we cannot stand behind.

How we work

Sams Business offers three formation packages: Basic at $0, Standard at $199, and Premium at $299, each plus the state filing fee, which you pay at cost with zero markup. Every tier includes registered agent service free for the first year and virtual mail free for the first month.

The Standard package adds EIN assistance, an operating agreement or bylaws, an S corporation election where it applies, and compliance alerts. The Premium package adds expedited filing where the state offers it, ready-to-use business contracts, a domain name, a business email, and a US business phone number free for the first year. You see the full total before you pay — no upsells, no hidden charges.

After filing, the help continues: annual reports, amendments, foreign qualification, and good-standing certificates are handled as separate services, and dissolution is quoted individually rather than bundled into any package. Questions go through the contact page or WhatsApp, and you talk to a real person throughout, not a ticket queue.
